How to make a homemade pear juice
If you want to try to make a delicious juice made at home for your children is very simple and certainly more genuine than those commonly purchased in supermarkets. The process for the preparation of fruit juice is not absolutely complicated.
Just arm yourself with a bit of good will and a little time out of your day. It’s a shame to waste the stuff, so if you advance pears or apples that have purchased and have not had time to eat them because they have become too ripe, then think about it!

2.) Basic procedure: Get a nice bowl, peel and cut the fruit into small cubes (apples or pears). In a saucepan, pour 1 liter and a half of water and 500 g of sugar, turn on the heat and start to stir the solution until the sugar has dissolved completely. Now add the fruit into cubes, stir occasionally and let it boil for at least 5-10 minutes. After the fruit has taken on a soft consistency, with a blender blend until mixture is thick. Add the lemon juice. Continue to emulsify for 5 minutes more. Now take the glass bottles and pour the juice, make sure that the bottles are closed for good and let it boil the bottles in a water bath for another half hour. The fruit juice is ready to be stored.
3.) You can use the same process if you decide to make a juice with other fruits, maybe the fresh season, you have been available at home.
