During the exercise, keep your back straight and avoid constantly watching your feet. Also, try to keep your elbows close to your body, the rope will move with the strength of the wrists.

The jump rope is a very fun and practical exercise, suitable for everyone, and, among other things, we can do it comfortably even in front of the TV so you will not have any excuse, not to do healthy exercise.

With just one tool you will go to tone thighs, buttocks, legs, abs, chest and burn even more fat. Obviously, to achieve concrete results, you should also follow a healthy and balanced diet. If you do this consistently, the results will be visible soon.
