How to learn to eat well
The hectic life we lead every day and the rhythms tight and stress often lead us to not listen to the messages of our body. An unexplained fatigue, abdominal pain, or simply a light skin smoother and less rosy than usual may be signs of a poor diet or a food intolerance.
Unfortunately, very often these signals are not heard, leaving us with a malaise seemingly unmotivated. ” We are what we eat ” is not just a figure of speech. Behind this statement is all the wisdom of those who first recognized the importance of a healthy, balanced and varied, which can help us to maintain a lifestyle more appropriate.
1.) How to avoid poisons our bodies, then? First of all, trying to listen to some more our body. If we hear something different or unusual feel a sensation after eating, make a mental and ask what was on our plate. A seasoned food too much or too full of fat can do our taste buds happy, but it certainly will not be content with the body. Limit fats, then. Other sweeteners such as aspartame, acclaimed at the time of their discovery, were more toxic white sugar, with disastrous long-term side effects. A natural sweetener, long used in other countries but in Italy only recently cleared through customs is stevia, which is extracted from the plant. It is found in different sizes and sweetens more traditional sugar without having side effects.
4.) Another potential enemy for our body when it comes to nutrition is the cooking method. II fried food is always delicious, but the oil brought to a boil harms the body more than we can imagine. Even foods too toasted accused of causing damage, so it is always good with a fork, scrape the black crust that forms when you go to cook something too.
5.) The foods that make us sick are not many, but unfortunately they are present in many prepared foods. The best way to avoid consuming foods you buy only the ” base ” : fruits, vegetables, legumes, cereals, pasta … Food that we can prepare and dress as you likes, depending on the tastes and needs of our body. Learn to listen to your body is important; we can return to nourishing a healthy and correct, feel good and do not give up completely satisfy our taste buds.
