How to Practice Mindful Breathing

Practicing conscious breathing is a practice that can be useful in any moment of our lives: for greater oxygenation, to remain calm, to relax, to walk, to move, to childbirth.

This guide explains how to practice conscious breathing.

1.) First inspired with your mouth closed. Whether you are lying down or sitting or standing is of little importance. The conscious breathing can occur at any time and place.
